Two Boys Forced To Kiss Video Scandal

A video scandal which shows two teenage boys being forced (many times) to kiss each other under duress has gone viral on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. The video also shows the teenage boys bloodied resulting from being mauled. The perpetrator/s of these despicable acts are believed to be policemen. This prompted the Philippine National Police to conduct an investigation on this "situation."
