Set up a Virtual Private Network

One of my very busy sites is hosted on a Virtual Private Network or a VPN. Before the VPN migration, my site got hit with so many downtimes. But with a VPN, all is well now. In the long run, you save more via the VPN route. There are so many other benefits to switch to a VPN, not just for website owners but even for ordinary folks who either is busy with their office work or just a hobbyist. Here are the five good reasons to go VPN:

5 Good reasons to set up a
Virtual Private Network.

1.    You can remote access any PC using
your favorite remote screen software like Remote Desktop Connection,
UltraVNC, etc.

2.    You can remotely open your shared
drives directly from Windows Explorer or map remote shares on your
local computer.

3.    Open documents directly from within
your applications (such as Microsoft Word or Excel), even if
you’re away from the office

4.    Take your music & movies with
you.  Play your files directly from your remote computer.

5.    You can Print local documents on your
remote printer.

To set up
your own VPN visit vedivi.com and test drive WebPoint VPN.

Is BlogBank Bankrupt?

Is BlogBank bankrupt? I can see that they no longer have any ads running. They seem to be in perpetual state of disarray, no emails and no updates about anything for their supposed ad network. BlogBank, as per my understanding, is owned by Jayvee Fernandez, a "famous" blogger who was recently featured in the Nokia Ovi ad campaign. The Blogbank blog has not been updated for months and Blogbank payments have not been made for the period of since 8 months ago. In 2008, Blogbank boasted that it made 4 payments. Now in 2009 and it is November now, I wonder if they will even make a new payment, no announcement or whatever.

I emailed all, except the known Blogbank owners,(yes they have blogs too and runs Blogbank ads in them too) the Blogbank publishers who received payments the last time, and most of them were totally disappointed and have even took down the ad scripts. So, back to my original question, and the purpose of this post, Is BlogBank still in business or have they closed down already? What happens if they did? Will they pay first before closing?
