How To Make Passport Photos Yourself

Tired of passport photos not done right? The Department Of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is very strict of this requirement, it mandates that:

Three (3) colored photos of the applicant taken against a royal blue background. Applicant should be in decent attire with collar. Photo must be of good quality, and must have been taken within the last six (6) months. Photo size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm. Facial image size: Not less than 3 cm. DFA has the right to reject photos that do not comply with specifications and international standards.

See. Very strict and to the point. So i have decided to just take matters into my own hands and made my passport photos myself!

Here's how i have done it:

1. I made someone (force 'em if you will, lol) take a photo of me against a ROYAL BLUE background in decent attire with collar and an appropriate facial expression (Bleh!). Don't worry about the size, it will be taken cared of for you later.

2. Go to this website,
www.epassportphoto.com
The instructions are a cinch really. Self-explanatory..select your country, upload your photo, and use THE wizard to THE CORRECT size for your country.

3. Download the photo to your computer and print on a piece of 4x6 photo paper. You don't really have to sign up for a Snapfish account to download the photo.

4. There is no step. no. 4! You're done!
